- The custom air filter lid has been excluded.
- The custom PC6 mapping is not included.
- A different material is used, but the stacks remain highly durable
These adjustments allow us to offer this light version at a reduced price without sacrificing the core performance enhancements you expect. The result is improved throttle response, as well as more torque and horsepower,
making it perfect for spirited road rides.
We mounted a variable intake set on a stock 2023 Limited Edition Aprilia RS660 (the only modification was a race filter). We dyno'd the bike with and without the stacks and saw a notable increase in horsepower between 110 km/h and 155 km/h. However, the most significant gain was in torque. Starting with a standard 67 Nm, we managed to push it to almost 72 Nm without making any changes to the fueling, significantly improving the bike's driveability.
The bike’s owner mentioned that it felt like a completely different machine, with improved corner exit and much more responsive throttle action on the road.
