Refund policy

Introduction
At VP Motorsport, we stand by the quality and performance of our products. Returns are accepted under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

Conditions for Return

1. Non-Functionality on Delivery: If the product is not working upon delivery.
2. Damage During Delivery: If the product arrives damaged.

Proof Required
In both scenarios, photographic or video evidence of the issue must be provided to validate the claim.

Time Frame
Eligible products can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vpmotorsport.nl with your proof of the defect or damage. Once your return is approved, further instructions will be provided on how to proceed.

This policy applies only under the conditions listed above. All other sales are considered final.
